Sand Springs campground has been around for 50+ years and sits in the beautiful woods of wild and wonderful West Virginia. NOW OPERATING UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!
It is our goal to continue creating a fun, clean, family-friendly atmosphere. We will also be continuing to make improvements and upgrades where needed to enhance our beautiful campground. With our Olympic size pool, game room/arcade, and nearby attractions that include hiking, boating, ziplining, kayaking, swimming, fishing, ATV trails, Coopers Rock State Forest & more, you won’t run out of things to do!
Our mission is to create a safe, enjoyable retreat for friends and families while blending outdoor adventure, classic campground fun and thoughtful amenities in a peaceful forest setting near coopers rock state forest and cheat lake

Sand Springs Campground is approximately 10 miles East of Morgantown, West Virginia. Located off I-68 exit 15 (Coopers Rock). Please do NOT take any other route. If you need more detailed directions please call the office at 304-282-2128.
